Does this Blaser red dot come with the base so that it can be attached to the rifle? Also do you ship to the United States?. Many thanks. Neal

The Blaser RD20 features an integrated Blaser Saddle mount equipped with two steel recoil lugs; therefore, no additional mounting plate is needed to fit the red dot sight on the Blaser rifle.
