Greetings, I just purchased a Kreighoff Plus Drilling, which I believe was made in 1987, and is similar to current Krieghoff Drilling models. It was EAW pivot mounts with rear rotational lock, with 3=12x Swaroski scope, as shown in attached photo (approximately 178mm center to center front to back mount distance). I would like to add a second scope that is more compact scope, using front extension rings. Will these MAK rings fit the EAW bases, or please recommend options. Thank you. According to the photo you sent us, the mount currently installed on your scope is not manufactured by the EAW (EAW pivot mounts feature a non-rotational mounting system on the rear). As per the picture, the MAKlassic 2 piece Pivot Mount, 30 mm, without bases - Optics-Trade should fit your bases. However, we recommend you contact us at info@optics-trade.eu and send us some photos of the bases installed on the rifle's receiver as well as the diameter of the rear locking mechanism (the distance between the two mounting claws in closed position).
