Hi! I'm thinking about ordering the Nightspotter N14 Night Vision Monocular in the next year, and I wanted to confirm some of the listed specs. On your spec sheet it says that the device does not have an inbuilt IR illuminator but in the reviews I've viewed it says that it does. I also wanted to check if I could view the specsheet of the tube in the unit before I buy it. Lastly I just wanted to confirm that shipping to iceland would be no problem around customs here. I will check with the customs myself later but I just wanted to check if you have some information about it. Thank you, look forward to hearing from you :)

thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the late reply which is a result of increased demand for our services.

Some of the reviews indeed claim that the N14 Monocular has an inbuilt IR illuminator. However, we are unable to confirm this as we haven't had this product in our warehouse yet and were unable to fully review it. Moreover, the manufacturer's site does not specifically state it in the specs sheet either.

We will happily contact the manufacturer regarding this question and get back to you with all the information we receive.

Should you decide to place an order in the future, we kindly inform you that we can ship to Iceland without trouble; however, since your country is not a member of the EU, the VAT has to be paid separately when the package enters your country. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to confirm the exact customs cost for your country, as it depends on various factors.
