Can you tell me if I need an adapter plate to mount a Shield SMSc on an M&P Shield Plus?

thank you for contacting us.

Please note that this mount will not work with the SMSc/RMSc models from Shield Sights. This one is suitable for SIS and CQS models that are larger and carry a unique footprint. Please take a look at the adapter on the page below that is suitable for Shield SMS and RMS red dots and S&W Shield Plus models.
